Shipping & Delivery
Shipping costs are determined by your order total. Certain items bear a shipping surcharge based on size and/weight. These surcharges are clearly shown on applicable product pages. We currently use  USPS (United States postal Service) for our shipping option. The most appropriate delivery method will be used depending on the weight, shipping destination, and shipping method for your package.

At Martin's and Wakefield's we always respect your privacy. Whether you are shopping in our stores or visiting our website, protecting your personal information is important to us. You can be confident that we have policies, procedures and safeguards in place to always protect any personal information we may collect from you.
What information do we collect?
We collect information from you when you subscribe to our newsletter. When ordering or registering on our site, as appropriate, you may be asked to enter your: name or e-mail address. You may, however, visit our site anonymously.
We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information. This does not include trusted third parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or servicing you, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential. We may also release your information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect ours or others rights, property, or safety. However, non-personally identifiable visitor information may be provided to other parties for marketing, advertising, or other uses.
Returns & Replacements
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase from Wakefield's you may return it with the original receipt within 30 days of purchase. We will either exchange it, repair it, or offer you a refund based on your method of payment. Some items cannot be returned if opened, tags are removed, or are not resaleable. Wakefield's does not refund any shipping costs.
Ordering
All orders are subject to approval. While we strive to maintain an accurate inventory it is possible that an item could be out of stock, discontinued , or back ordered at the time of your purchase. While we do our best to ensure this will not happen it may occur from time to time. We reserve the right to cancel/reject your order under certain circumstances including but not limited to: Credit card billing information doesn't pass our anti-fraud check. The location being shipped to does not meet our criteria. Currently we do not offer free shipping to Alaska or Hawaii, nor do we ship directly to countries other than the United States. The phone number provided with the billing information is not valid. The shipping or billing address is not valid. The item or items ordered, are no longer available, or are defective.
Payment, Pricing & Promotions
Wakefield's has always been committed to offering quality merchandise at fair, affordable, andcompetitive prices. In most cases, the internet prices will reflect store prices. However, there may be some exceptions.  Prices and sales are subject to change without notice. Wakefield's does not make price adjustments. Merchandise available through Wakefield's,com may not be available in our store.
Viewing Orders
View Order Status allows quick access to reviewing an individual order and the current status of that order. If tracking information is available, you can also track your package using View Order Status.
Updating Account Information
If your personally identifiable information changes (such as your address), or if you no longer desire our service, we will endeavor to provide a way for you to correct, update or remove your personal data provided to us. This can usually be done at the Customer Account maintenance page or by emailing us at feedback@wakefields.com
